定係有啲BODY CHECK可以做左先?!
如果2.3年前曾經爆肺(氣腔)，係咪一定唔可以去西藏?!

1. Not necessary.2. It is always good to have one before.
Pneumothorax has no direct relationship with altitude sickness (except they both involve lung). However, when you go to a place that has potential health concerns, it is always best to consult a professional opinion.

高原海拔高，空氣稀薄，氣壓低，氣胸患者千萬不能冒險，這種環境最容易舊病復發。
