bought home 6 months ago and could only get financing FHA.
now i can get full financing so can afford an upgraded home.
would a builder consider trading back current home and doing us an upgraded home and we pay the higher amount for the newer home?

i wonder if anyone ever asked this question.

btw this is a new subdivision with a builder that is half way done.

A common misconception is that you will have to be a financial and business expert in order to successfully trade binary options. However, this is not true at all. Learn here https://tr.im/OptionsTradingStrategies

Perhaps it’s true when it comes to traditional stocks trading but definitely not true in the case of binaries. You don’t have to be an expert to predict the movement of certain assets.

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.

You can't succed in binary trading without a strategy, a good method to follow and some kind of software support. They program I use is called "Autobinary signals". It helps finding loopholes for guaranteed returns. It's very easy to use and I'm earning good money. You find all the details on this site: http://tradingsignal.toptips.org

No, the home builder will not agree in trading a semi-new home into a newer upgraded home. Its better to contact a person who is involved in home buying and selling process.

99.9 never. Sell the old house and buy the new house.

no, the builder is not in the market of flipping and trading houses, it won't be worth their time to deal with this transaction.

Just contact a real estate agent, explain your situation and they will help you list your current house for sale and search for a new one.

As a general guideline, you need to stop trying to upgrade every 6 months. Maybe this one time it makes sense, but the real estate fees and other per-transaction costs are astronomically high if you average them into a 6 month period. That's why most people rent until they're fairly certain they're ready to stay put for 3 or more years.

Nope..builder has his profit and is moving on. Homes are not like cars where you trade them in, not to mention the builder will have to absorb any costs from transferring ownership, etc.
