係youtube上傳自己翻唱既歌會唔會犯法??

youtube話要係版權持有人 咁首歌既版權係個歌手或者間公司既 如果我錄低我自己唱然後上傳會唔會侵犯版權犯呢??

你只是模仿唱歌星的歌，你並不是翻版歌星啊！
你看u tube也見千萬人唱歌星的歌，我覺得既是如此，
也用不著去找疑問了。
若說原著，很多歌有非常多文字版本，原著也不知源頭了。

雖然係你自己翻唱，但歌曲原著並不是你，受條例監管，基本上已經侵犯，若創作人覺得你侵犯左佢0既版權係可以告你。
而沒有人告並不代表你沒有「侵犯版權」，只係佢唔告你咁解。

最新的版權條例，二次創作能取代原作也要侵權。(諷刺事政除外)
所以未經版權持有人同意翻唱或也是侵權。
不過，對於版權持有人來說，你翻唱對他又不會有很大損失，未必會告你。
