無故意外及追究問題

如果向商場索償你大約準備以下東西:
1.詳細記錄低你認為你所受既影響同損失,例如番唔到幾多日工無左幾多錢人工,睇醫生洗左幾多錢,搭車去醫院既費用,會5會影響到你日後既自理能力,仲有以後去醫院覆診既車費等等..(最好提供埋收據/記低你要索償既金額同埋列明索償金額點計出尼)
2.你如果索償既金額係5萬或以下可以去小額錢債審裁處,5萬-100萬可以去區域法院入稟,100萬以上就要向高等法院入稟.
3.你有冇錢俾律師費,如果冇錢要申請法援告佢,法援處係旺角東a出口,到時你申請法援既時候律師會代你拎某d證據,有d證據如果由法援拎你會慳番d錢.例如拎醫療報告(約500幾蚊一份),閉路電視錄影帶等等,但拎列2樣野需時至少約一個月,所以樓主可能要預至少一個月以上才有可能獲批法援,閉路電視錄影帶就算你問商場拎佢都唔會俾你,所以你最好申請法援後由法援署拎/入稟左法院後由法院頒令拎,(通常)係商場受傷而向商場索償既案件多數都會庭外和解,樓主不妨考慮一下,和解可以避免將來打官司所需要既時間,車費和請假上庭等等時間和金錢.

1. At this moment, you should present a claim first, as the mall is mostly insured.

What you should do is draft a legal demand (asking for compensation) to the property management (registered mail preferred) that:

- Describe what had happened;
- The degree of your injury;
- (Optional) the amount you ask for;

Then the property management will refer you to its insurance company.

You are not required to submit any documentation (like medical report, receipts, etc.) at this moment. The insurance company will be in contact.

2. There is no need. The insurance company will get it from the property management for you. Beside the property management will not release the video to you anyway.
