有限公司被收購後應如何處理??

有什麼方法及條件，可以令BILLY完全擺脫(A)有限公司?
1) 最簡單就是BILLY唔再做A公司DIRECTOR，但最好有AGREEMENT BLIND住BILLY不再是DIRECTOR OF A及不再出任A公司的職務
2) 另外，我多會ADVISE CLIENT最好是海外公司同BILLY簽一份辣既EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

海外公司(B)設立在香港的業務, 有什麼程序要做??
必須申請BUSINESS REGISTRATION，是以海外公司以PART XI既條例申請，不是開一般HK LIMITED。

海外公司(B)有什麼責任係呢個CASE?
海外公司什麼都會上曬身
所以收購時要做好多好多DD (盡職審查)

您的CASE不是那麼簡單，收購必有RISK，好少唔好購埋A公司既SHARE。
