ash blonde dye on bleached hair doesn't take out the orange-ness?

so I bleached my hair once about a month ago. it turned to a super orange light brown color which is expected because I have dark brown hair and have previously colored several times to a medium light brown color. I do not want to go blonde; I just want it to be a very light ash brown color, so I only bleached it once as I want to minimize the damages to my hair. I heard that ash dye would get rid of the orange/red under tone in the hair so I purchased a "very light ash blonde" color at Sally. I didn't buy brown because I know some brown dye would make your hair turn super dark and I want the brown be as light as it can, so I chose the very light ash brown and mix it with 10 vol developer. HOWEVER, it didn't remove the orange tone on my hair at all. I thought I did something wrong so I dye it again with the same products, but it's STILL the SAME....super orangey.
I've already went to the salon to ask, they would do the same: glaze it with ash dye, so it won't help much.
so what can I do to achieve a light ash brown color? should I bleach it all over again? will the 2 times dying affect the bleaching?
Thank you very much and I really appreciate your help!

only thing that will remove it is bleaching more, 30 vol.
