I am a 4th year mechanical engineering student, As of now i have 70% marks (aggregate), I want to seek chances of doing ms in germany. As I heard it is cheap to study in germany. So, I want to know the best courses to do ms and the best universities offering it. I can also learn german language, Please do help me :)

Takes at least 4-6 years to learn enough German to pass university admissions exams, qualify for admission to university, qualify for student visa. You need to be fluent at a high academic-technical level. Basic "Conversational German for Tourists" is not going to do you the least bit of good.
