flush the cache 係咩意思?

i searched "terminal" on spotlight and followed instructions on the internet such as type in 271.0.0.1 and the websites i wanted to block in order to try block some websites on safari from them keep on appearing, then the instruction required me to "flush the cache". I'm scared that "flushing" the cache means deleting all my stuff and all of them will be gone forever without backing up, so i didn't follow and wanted to get an accurate answer on what to do exactly.

127.0.0.1是個特殊ip，指住自己，可以利用來把不要訪問的domain改為127.0.01，即係改變原來的地址。
safari及其他browser都會用一個暫存的方案來加快重複訪問的網址，暫存的空間就叫cache或者temp之類。
因為你之前曾到過，browser會把之前下載的檔案載入就完成，所以有時有東西改變了，但顯示仍會出舊野。
"flush the cache"就係把舊暫存檔清一清。
所有東西都係暫存，所以無須擔心是你的檔案。
其實，若你加入想block的地址後，試一試輸入，若已不能顯示，你可以跳過呢步。你要做的事已完成。
