我有一個美國男朋友
上次2月份到3月份 大概待20天在美國 拿的是免簽證入境
這次打算留90天 但入境提海關人員就問有點多
他說我不能留這麼久（不過免簽不是可以留90天嗎？）
後來他讓我過
我擔心下一次 我回台灣一個月或半個月 我無法入境
我在美國是沒有工作 所以也不會打黑工之類的問題
因為男朋友有工作 所以生活是沒問題
有什麼樣的話術給海關人員嗎？？或是方法嗎？
因為免簽一年有效 應該是不管入境次數不是嗎？
如果又限制90天 又限制次數 那不是很奇怪？
請大家給我一點意見 謝謝

A lot of people actually misunderstand visa-free travel.
Visa-free travel always come with a restriction. For example, for Taiwanese passport holders, they are allowed to enter most of the European countries for up to 90 days within any 180-day period.
If none is specified, it is assumed that allowed time is given based on any 12-month period.
In answering your questions:
1. Yes - but not unlimited time of 90-day. If you want trouble-free, you have to leave the difference between 90 days and the number of days you have last spent in the U.S., which is estimated about 70 days.
If you pass that point, you will have your ESTA revoked permanently. And you will have to get a visa. AIT, based on this fact, will not approve you.
2. Nothing else you can do. Either you leave early or face consequence.
3. It is not restrictive on the number of visits. It is restrictive on the total day of visit.

大大妳好.美國的簽證及免簽協議不關移民官的事.
是政府.國務院發布的.不是上面寫幾天就可停幾天
移民官權限是很大的.就算你是拿5年正常簽證移民
官要給你10天就是10天他們會看妳進出美國的記錄
並詢問妳問題來決定.
你的情況可能是太常進出美國.移民官懷疑妳非法打工
才會問的比較多.以後妳再次進出美國也都會是這種情況
要解決只有減少進出美國次數及停留天數或結婚一途.
