兩個解釋(1) I must have been out of my head. = 我一定是昏了頭, 神志不清 （因飲酒過量或者吸食毒品）
out of one's head = to be unable to think clearly, especially because of having taken drugs or drunk too much alcohol
(2) I must have been out of my head. = 我一定是瘋了
