How are you ? As referring to the ordered goods which had been received today. After having checked, it is discovered that the ordered apparatus don't response to while press its button. About that happens or in that case what should I do now ? Perhaps that might be due to the damage during transport If that was the case, whether you could contact UPS in order to demand compensation as being covered by its insurance.?
By the way, do you have cryogen for my usage? Otherwise, do you know where cryogen could be bought?
