I think the recent Hong Kong China contradiction and Hong Kongsense of independence has become stronger so Central will
release this white paper. It pointed out that Central has a
comprehensive management rights to Hong Kong. Hong Kong's
high autonomy is also paid by Central. It aims to alert Hong Kong
belongs to China and establish Hong Kong people national
identity support.
