I am looking for a stuffed toy but I know nothing about it... please help?

As you can see in the picture, that is the stuffed toy I am looking for. The only clues that I know about is that it seems to be a toy close to care bears especially grumpy bear but the one that I am looking for is a dog, and it is probably produced at the 1980s but I'm not 100% sure about this. I would like to know about everything about this toy including its name or manufacturer. Thanks a lot for anyone who will be helping me.

IN respect I look that Care bare cousins and cannot see any resemblance. I lead this is a knock off and difficult to find.

It looks like a knock off Care Bear Cousin. Since the cousins were different animals all with some heart on their belly and this one has grumpy Care bears cloud. I had a similar situation when I grew up and got a Flower Patch Doll instead of a Cabbage Patch Doll. Similar but with slight variations from the real thing.
I could be wrong but I can't fin this combination anywhere else.
