How to pin the Power icon and Search icon beside the account icon in Windows 8.1 start menu?

You don't need to pin power button in windows 8.1.With windows 8.1 new update you can find power icon at the top-right corner with your account info.
Just update your windows now...

Go to Windows Update and make sure you have ALL the updates installed.
