本人謹代表A Team向貴部反映,有DD Team表示於第2季只獲分配F CENTER TRAINING ROOM,
但因F CENTER設備所限,未能配合各Team之會議需要。有時當A Team邀請嘉賓出席培訓活動,亦沒有相應設施予嘉賓作演講,
如沒有麥克風,甚至有時未能借到投影機,情況令人尷尬,因此希望貴部能改善及提供相應設施,方便各同事使用F CENTER TRAINING ROOM。

It is our pleasure to represent A Team so as to reflect that the F Center Training Room was allocated to the DD Team in second quarter by your authority.
Owing to the limited supply of equipments, which couldn't meet the needs as being requested among various teams' meeting. That had happened, when our team invited the guests to provide inservice trainings for us but there was no facilities for them to use for presentation as good as speech, such instruments as microphone, or even hardly borrowing projector as well. And that let us felt rather embarrassing. In view of that, we do hoped you would agree by lending all the facilities in F Center Training Room for our usage.
