So today I got caught without a ticket, cause my ticket was with my friend and she left. I didn't have enough money on me, so they asked me for my name and address. I know I was really stupid, but I panicked, I gave my sister's university hall address but a false name.
I am so scared that they might find out, will I get myself or my sister into trouble with that?

Your sister will not "get into trouble", as she is not a party to your deception.
Whether or not they find out who you are it is impossible to say. It will depend upon how hard the investigation department of the revenue protection office pursue it - scanning on-board and station CCTV etc.
If you are really worried, come clean now - if they do identify you, you are likely to be charged with fraud, and get a criminal record that will dog you for years to come.

I used to give anyones address out phone book keep a list of them in pocket when traveling
