cannot switch to newest yahoo mail?

I am using internet explorer 10, and nothing happen when I click switch to newest yahoo mail in the upper right hand corner string

Yahoo, is stop working on Explorer if it is not upgraded from long period or any explorer plugins are not update. SO try upgrading the IE and then try to switch yahoo mail

Of course it is not the case, because there is no problem in using Chrome.
