Good morning, my name is xxx , Mandy.
I am studying Foundation Diploma of Hospitality at The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (your campus??). I would like to apply for Higher Diploma inHotel and Catering Management upon my graduation.

During my study, I have learned knowledge about Customer Services with industrial experience and application of information technology and so on.
I hope that in the Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management, I can strengthen my study in more diverse aspects and get more opportunities in internship and industrial attachment.

Apart from my study, I also take up part-time study (what study???) so as to strengthen the relevant knowledge in the field.

During my practicum, my interest towards this industry has been increasing andmy devotion towards this industrial has grown even stronger. I have also learned a great deal from my work experience, such as a great sense of responsibility, meeting deadlines, performing duties as assigned appropriately, the importance of punctuality and so on.

Even though I have been exposed to different areas in hotel management and catering services, I am still eager to pursue further in the field with a strong belief that I could contribute to the hotel industry in the future through further study.

Right now, I would like to apply higher diploma in hotel and catering management because I had had an elementary diploma in hotel management.
Referring the study of hotel management, I learned about customer service with industrial practice and applied information technology, etc.
As far as the higher diploma being concerned, I do hope that'll enable me to learn more practical knowledge by attending internship. Moreover, I have been attending evening school so as to upgrade my knowledge.
During the course of study, I have found that my character and behaviour are closely related to my future occupation such as, willing to accept responsibility, do the work assigned to me accordingly and punctually and every time finishing work promptly than expected.
Although I have had that kind of experience and yet not in depth. So I do hope to continue and have further study in that field in order to let me acquire more skills prior to engage in the hotel industry as my future occupation.
