2. How many cinema is there in this street?
Are they OK to speak?

Normally, when asking questions, you should use "are there any" for countable nouns and "is there any" for uncountable nouns.So, the two sentences are wrong and have to be changed as:
1. Are there any cinemas in this street?
2. How many cinemas are there in this street?
