I just changed my ebay password due to recent security concern. But when I tried to log in using my new password, I got a message that says my username or password was incorrect. I reset my password a second time, but still got the same message. How do I email ebay about my problem without having to log in? Their phone line was busy.
P.S. I have also tried using my old password without success.

check your mail and change your paypal also and don;t use some stupid 5 character one make it hard

Did eBay confirm your password change using the email address you provided them when you made the password? If not, that's where your problem is.

can you try 'forgot user id' instead of 'forgot pwd'?
