confirm的受詞如為事項或某細節, 例如船期/動作, 或顏色、尺寸、質料....等, 可與verify通用;
confirm的受詞如為訂單本身, 是確認訂單成立, 不宜用verify.

有關confirm 和verify 因為意思相近混用並不奇怪
但當你要很正式的時候
在這個個情況需用 confirm
ex: Please confirm the time of this appointment
Police took my ID to verify my identity
confirm用來做對某事實的確認
verify偏向一種驗證, 證明某事

也許我翻的不好, 但我確定這裡用confirm 較佳

確認PO清單的完整,當然是要用confirm/confirmation 來回應與肯定"我的動作是正確的"! Verify/verification是對細節對比驗證 反而忽略對我把PO5416加入在清單行動的肯定是十分不適!

總而言之:
confirm 是用來"肯定"我這次行動(PO5146加入清單)的正確回應
是正中下懷的!
