Restaurants in Montreal?

I'm going to Montreal for 3 days in 2 weeks. Can someone please recommend me some restaurants that I should go. Thanks

I head down to the old port area, and go to Chuck Hughes, it is excellent. Thursday night starting from about 10:30 at night the atmosphere changes, it's alive when your there for the diner service, but after the diner service, it charges.
