How to talk to a Nepali girl?

I am completely obsessed with Nepalese women. I just think they are absolutely beautiful, I see them in school and I just can't help but stare. I am an African American and I have no idea how to address them. They usually only associate with people within their culture, and they're pretty quiet and reserved. How could I approach a Nepali girl without embarrassing myself and getting disappointed?
