Can i get scholarship for interior design?

Hi..For faculty i wanna go throw the interior design somewhere over Europe,but my uncle said that you cannot find scholarship for interior design,so i decided to ask you guys,can you tell me can i get scholarship and in which city interior design is more attractive? Thank you
