i hope you can show the step for all calculation....

1. A patient is to receive a drug IM 0.6mg/kg q4h as needed. the patient weight 28Ibs. the drug concentration is 25mg/ml. how many mls will the patient need per dose? (ans: 0.3ml)

2.The drug ordered is availble in pharmacy in a concentration of 0.5mg/ml. the physician orders a dose of 25 mcg/kg for a patient who weight 160Ibs. how many mls will be needed to fill the order? (ans:3.6ml)

3.A physician orders a medication for a patient who weight 130Ibs. the order read 300mg/kg in 50 ml D5W q4h. how many grams of the medication will be patient receive in 24 hrs? (ans:106.4g)

1. Weight of patient in kg = 28/2.2 kg.
So weight of drug the patient should take = 0.6 mg/kg x 28/2.2 kg
= 0.6 x 28/2.2 mg.
Since concentration of drug is 25mg/ml, so drug in ml
= [ 0.6 x 28/2.2] mg / 25mg/ml = (0.6 x 28)/(2.2 x 25) ml = 0.305 ml per dose.
2.
Weight of patient in kg = 160/2.2 kg.
So weight of drug ordered to take = 25mcg/kg x 160/2.2 kg
= ( 25 x 160/2.2) mcg = (25 x 160)/(2.2 x 1000) mg.
Since concentration is 0.5 mg/ml, so drug in ml
= {(25 x 160)/(2.2 x 1000) mg}/ 0.5 mg/ml
= (25 x 160)/(2.2 x 1000 x 0.5) ml
= 3.636 ml.
3.
Weight of patient in kg = 130/2.2 kg
So drug ordered to take = 300 mg/kg x 130/2.2 kg = 300 x 130/2.2 mg
= (300 x 130)/(2.2 x 1000) gram.
Since q4h is 6 times in 24 hrs., so drug to take in 24 hrs.
= (300 x 130 x 6)/(2.2 x 1000) g
= 106.4 g.

For Q3, 50ml D5W is just the solution used to mix with the medicine, it has nothing to do with the quantity of medicine to be taken.

For Q1, since the question is ml per dose, so disregard q4h.
