This worried me a bit.?

Yesterday, after taking a large poop when I wiped there was a little streak of fresh colored blood. As far as I could see there was none in the toilet bowl. I pooped again later and there wasn't any blood either. But like I said there was a little streak of fresh blood on the toilet paper when I finished wiping and I had a little pain in my rectum. Today, I took another large poop and there was no blood when I wiped. I might of seen a little spec of red but like I didn't have to wipe much at all cuz the pop leave much behind lol. In just very worried that I could have cancer. I'm 23, very fit and active

I get large poop often and that causes soreness and sometimes a little bit of blood. If you had cancer, there'd be a lot more abdominal pain. It's probably an anal tear and it will heal on its own.

I highly doubt it's cancer.
Are your stools hard? If yes, it's probably just anal fissures. Drink more water and that should do the drink.

What you are experiencing is hemmeroids. Nothing to worry about. I have had the same issues for the past 35 years. Still not dying.

Go to the doctor, it could be Crohn's Disease. My sister has it and always warns me that if I found blood out of my rectum to go to the hospital right away.
