How to remote control Android?

I want to remotely full control my Android device (screen view, type and click) from my PC without rooting it. FOR FREE. Is this possible?

I'm using Linux as the primary operating system, but I can launch Microsoft Windows in Virtual-box if there is no choice.

As far as I know, the only way to remote control an non-rooted Android Device is to use "VMLite VNC Server"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vmlite.vncserver
But it only provide paid version.

For Team Viewer quick-support, I can only have limited control, such as Apps management, screen capture REQUEST.

I want active remote control on my Android device, through the Internet or USB.
更新1:

--update--2014/5/6--(+8)16:00-- there is some paid apps allowing user to remote "see and click" the device, so technically it is possible, yet no any free apps available? Can anyone, tell me how to do this? I have basic programming skills. --endof--update--2014/5/6--(+8)16:00--

Try the trial software from WiseMo, it lets you remote control Android devices for a month without any fee. You can from a Windows PC (or from iPad / iPhone) remote desktop control Samsung Android devices without rooting. The App can be downloaded from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wisemo.host.v10

(credability warning, I am with the vendor !)

Airdroid can make it possible. You can remote manage apps, sms, files with this app.
Only with a browser you can control your Android on any computer.

But there is one thing: you can't take screen capture without rooting it.
Check it on Google Play: http://goo.gl/3MQ3Rj

If you want to duplicate the device screen and operate it on PC, I'm afraid there isn't any free app for you to choose.
