6個人出黎打籃球(計埋我),打我個位就係其中一個(呢個人我見過唔夠10次,除左打波唔想搵佢個D黎)
PS:除左同佢係唔熟,其他幾個都係好friend,打左5年波架啦,咁佢係其中1個朋友既伙計,所以得閒帶佢出黎打下波咁,因為我朋友係開鋪頭既.
其中有一個攻勢,搶完籃板之後,
佢無啦啦揮拳打左我5拳(擋左2拳)(左胸,下巴,左腦,手臂),之後仲唔識停,想再打,我無還到手,咁之後就有人拉開左佢,
之後我大叫話"報警啦",佢即刻就話"你報呀,睇下佢地黎先定我打死你先"
所以當時我好驚,無報警,到最後返左屋企
到第2日,起身發現左胸好痛,咁同d朋友傾過,夜晚收工走左去警處報案,驗傷,同埋落左口供,
咁落完口供警察叫我試下搵個中間人私底下和解,大家都係為口氣姐,佢咁樣講,咁個夜就完.
到第3日就call個位帶佢出黎既fd,諗住叫佢嘗試和解,咁佢問我想要幾錢湯藥費同佢講返,
我開價$2000,咁佢話照我意思同佢講返,
但係到星期六條友仔好似無心和解,仲叫中間人問我因乜野原因要佢賠償$2000,叫我用文字send信息比佢留底不過我之後無覆佢!
問題1 : 我告得入佢(傷人/恐嚇)既機會大唔大? 我3個朋友都可以做證人(當然係唔計條傻佬同帶佢出黎果FD啦)
問題2 : 佢會唔會因為我想同佢和解問佢拎$2000,告我勒索
比人打同恐嚇 - 希望有人可以解答到我同比到意見我

My advice is you definitely need a lawyer to protect yourself.In answering your questions:
1. You don't have the right to sue. Only HKSAR Government can sue in a criminal case. You can only sue for the injuries caused (monetary compensation).
In your case, it will be difficult to a criminal conviction. Based on your information, it sounds like an extreme "cheap shot", unless there is a motive.
2. No. Legal demand is a legal process. Legally, you must legally ask for the damage to be paid to you before you can sue.
However, if such incident has not happened, and you ask for the money, then it is extortion.
The reason why you need a lawyer is it does not sound like the police is doing what they are supposed. At the least - the police should not ask you to settle the dispute. What the police has done may constitute perverting the course of justice.
Officially, only the HKSAR Government, through the Department of Justice, can initiate criminal prosecutions. The police only has the investigative authority, and limited prosecution authorities in minor offenses (like traffic).
Assault is definitely a serious offense.

1.機會大唔大列樣要律師先答到你,你可以考慮申請法援幫你告佢,但你要有心理準備審批時間一定唔會快,而且就你列件案而言法援好大可能會拎醫療報告,到時你預起碼拎一個月以上,告5告得入佢你係指刑事定民事先?因為傷人係刑事如果你刑事告佢係可以的,如果你想索償就最好等刑事有判決後再進行民事索償,這樣機會會比較大~
