高爾夫俱樂部人力資源分配方面主要分兩部分
As far as the Golf Club being concerned,there are two main allocations in human resources, namely
1.餐飲同酒店住宿方面 主要是五星級酒店服務形式..
(1) Restaurant and Hotel accommodation; They are mainly five stars hotel service.
2.而高爾夫俱樂部活動方面較隨性
服務標準,不需太多禮儀規範。
(2) Golf Club's activities are more less casual in regards to the standard of services which don't need much rules or regulations:
(例如就餐時,不會要求會員打領呔穿西裝出席,也沒有要求遵守西式餐桌禮儀。但是在球場上也需要穿著運動服
For example, in case of eating, the members don't need to wear bow tie and formal dress and needn't follow the rules of western politeness; with the exception in the Golf courses they must wear Golf outfits.
經理的的理念是
希望能令會員享受到五星服務,而且不需要太多禮儀
人力資源的分配
不是集中於設備上,而是著重在服務上,例如俱樂部的接待人員較多(司機 隨車人員)
The manager's opinions are intended to enable his members to enjoy the five star hotel service with regardless of much politeness. As to the allocation of human resources: it is not concentrated in the equipments but in services instead, e.g. more personnels on services( drivers and stewards).
而且高爾夫專門店職員較多 供會員購買裝備。相反酒店住宿餐飲方面服務員/接待員在人力資源分配上較少
In addition, more personnels are required to provide services for the members in the specialized shop. On the contrary, less human resources are required to provide services in restaurant and Hotel accommodation. e.g. personnels and waiters.
