When April is over, does that mark our second month anniversary?

I've been with my bf for a month because we got together in March 3/14/14 but i would like to know at the end of April does that mark our second month anniversary?

Clearly, you do not yet have a grasp on the definition of the term "Anniversary".(Your 2-month anniversary will be 5/14/14. It's not complicated.)
"Anniversary" comes from the word "annum", which means year. So technically there is no such thing as an anniversary until you've been together at least a year.
