精神科社工(非政府)之前搵過我,約過一次出黎傾,但我己表明我唔需要你地服務同幫手.叫佢同我close file!但佢就話佢要返去傾過先可以決定,但我就好明確拒絕.之後過左一排,前兩日佢突然完全冇通知,冇約我之下就上左我屋企!我響房,係我屋企人開門比佢,佢拍我房門話咁岩經過,想探下我....過一陣又再拍!我冇開門比佢,當聽唔到,冇耐我出返去佢走左
後尾打比我話佢黎過,我話你點解唔通知我先,我再重申拒絕佢服務!但佢就話我屋企人需要.....救命呀!
佢地係咪可以失驚無神,唔問過人就"中"上人地屋企架?我可唔可以投訴佢?
有冇咩機構可以投訢社工?
同埋我可唔可以拒絕佢家訪?但如果係我屋企人搵佢我又可以拒絕/告佢的嗎??
另外,其實有冇法例係可以禁止佢響完全冇通知我之下,就咁就"中"上黎我屋企呢?
如果冇法例保障,咁我可唔可以有冇其他門路或機構可以打去投訢佢(社工)?
我怕我打去佢本身個機構冇用.....同埋我投訢左佢通常會有咩回應?

1. In your case, the answer is unfortunately no.As people with mental issues must be attended to avoid future issues, so you can't say no to them (as they have the authority to admit you for psychiatric evaluations).

Under Chapter 136 of Hong Kong Ordinance, Director of Social Welfare, through its designee (approved social worker), can request a person with mental issues to be committed into a mental facility.

個人認為你應該搵證據證明你同你屋企人都唔需要佢服務,但如果你多次表明拒絕佢都係咁你可以嘗試申請禁制令禁止佢響完全冇通知你之下,就咁就"中"上黎你屋企,但申請前最好先問清楚法律意見.

你有精神科病紀錄,如果不是犯過事,有案底,唔會有社工跟進的.
所以最好你乖乖地和社工合作,見幾次,表現良好,就會關掉你個案了.
你越想避,社工就越要見.你越驚,表示你有問題.
