急問!!複雜的住屋問題,請幫忙,謝
我非公屋戶主,但有公屋戶籍,於2010年因家庭問題被迫搬出公屋,
並於外邊一直租劏房居住和申請單人公屋
今年2014年得悉市建重局將會於我居住的大厦收購重建,租戶將有機會獲得分配公屋,
但關鍵問題是在市建局在涷結調查日前我仍有公屋戶籍.
需則一星期後我已查詢房署可單方面取消戶籍,我並於一星期後取消戶籍,但假若市建局收購成功,我仍有資格分配公屋嗎?
如果不獲分配公屋,問題將會很大,因為:
我只能夠接受市建局的現金補償,但一旦接受現金補償,我等待了申請幾年的公屋"年資"
亦可能會被取消 (因為接受了現金補償便不能夠於兩年內接受公共房屋援助).
請問有什麼解決辨法?

市建局不会賠比租客
市建局只是用超高價向業主買左該單位!所以不是賠比业主,只是買賣!
買左之后像官塘裕民坊,隔咁多年地鋪仍未搬清,你乜租約都滿啦!
而且只是租客與業主之瓜葛,賠亦只是兼业主賠
1. It depends on if the Housing Department has acknowledged your issue (that you are supposed to be living in a public housing unit, but going out living due to family issue).
If yes, you should not be affected.
2. Never get the money. At the least - URA will have to work with you. As soon as you get the money, your case is closed.
