Catskill Mountain, NY?

I live in the Catskills actually in the town on Catskill. I'd suggest going in the fall to see all the leaves and prettyness. But if you're going now, I'd come to Greene county. Catskill has some little motels in the outskirts. You'd have a better chance staying in a resort in Cairo but there's absolutely nothing to do there. In Catskill you can swim in the creek or the Hudson River and rent a boat. If you stay up by the windham hunter area, you can go to the festivals that happen all the time ex Mountain jam or taste of country. Any other small town around here is nothing more than some run down resorts. The Catskills used to be the best resort area in America but now people just want to stay in the Hamptons or NYC. Oh year also a lot of hiking trails and swimming holes up her that at fun. Come up to the Catskills breath some fresh air. If you do come to Catskill you should go to Village Pizza because it's amazing. Lol
