因為是蜜月旅行， 所以都想住得豪華一些， 賞多些美食 。

7 days are simply not enough for the majority of the U.S. At the least - travel time will effectively cut 2 days off your trip.
Your best solution is Guam and/or Saipan.
1. It is still a part of the U.S.
2. It is visa-free for BN(O) and HKSAR Passport holders with your HKID.
3. It is cheaper (At least $30,000 for the majority U.S. vs. $10,000 for Guam for both people).
4. Time zone difference is more favorable (+2 hours compare to -15 - -18 hours).
5. Self tour package is available with optional upgrade at your own cost.
The only problem is only United Airlines serves between Guam and Hong Kong and its flight schedule is not as good as you think.
