我想問呢如果茶餐廳rent increase 個production cost 係咪increse and supply decrease?
咁但係個demand 又increase咁個supply會唔會unchange,consumer會bear all the burden?
result: price of a meal increase a lot

租金上升令production cost 增加, 係正確的但呢個變動唔會令supply減少
所以supply 線應該不變.
如果demand 線右移 (增加) , 同時supply線左移 (減少)
交差點一定會變, 唔會unchange
致於係唔係轉嫁消費者負擔, 係第二個問題, 係supply demand圖唔會顯示.
