急!!!FB被盜能報警嗎???20點

近期我的FB不斷被盜可是他沒亂PO文之類的只是一直串改我的密碼可以報警嗎?
我這邊有偵測到對方ID須交給警方嗎?
我住基隆可是被盜用的地方是竹北所以我該向哪個縣市備案??
