i wanna make a dubstep opera, not a remix, but a opera dubstep, so i need to the opera, i want a female strong high opera to have the ultimate drop from the treble to the bass, so for that, i need the opera music and the dubstep;
not gonna distribute them, and nothing illegal, but yeah, i need the opera, if possible, tell me if there are any dubstep makers software that allows me to make dubstep
an opera video that is "forte"?

I have absolutely no idea what you are imagining or trying to come up with. But, you asked for a "forte" opera video that involves a loud soprano singing near the top of her range. So I'm going to offer the famous "Brunnhilde's Immolation Scene" from Wagner's "Gotterdammerung." Go youtube that and see if that's what you're after; particularly the last 6-10 minutes of the scene.

Completely lost here: You want someone else's work, but you don't want to do a "remix" meaning you want to make something origincal but not your own
