After I got the information below from Joseph, I was astonished and worried. There's nothing for me to do but to ask for your help. But if the decision is unchangeable, please feel totally free to let me know.

In order to organize the representation group, we still need not only to plan and invite the members, but also need the permission from the supervisor. So it took more and more time on communication, that's why we didn't catch up the timing for discount of registration. Furthermore, we do have a limitation for this budget.

For all the reasons above, we sincerely hope to be understood. Please be so kind to help us with this matter. We are looking forward to a chance to turn it around.
