I think it is car crashes and drunk driving. Most likely not aids

No. AIDS is actually quite uncommon in the US (less than 1% of the population has it), and the HIV virus is quite well controlled with modern medication, so death rates have been falling. When it does kill people, they are usually older than this.

The main causes of death in teenagers and young adults are accidents, followed by suicides/homicides. It's unusual for that age group to die of disease.
