英文colon 問題

但如果死守colon後一定只填名詞
唯有cutting cost是類似名詞的動名詞類present participle，但應該是cost cutting才對。
但假如是口語的回應例出理由...to cut cost是最直接的回應...但不知是否中文人常聽cut cost當作是名詞/慣用詞來用，所以有這選擇。
