expired six months regardless of market fluctuations; i.e. a change of

Regarding your concern on the shipping matter, please do not worry about it. To ensure the goods would be shipped on time within 30 days, we would reserve enough raw materials in advance according to your demand in a year.
As to your request of a discount in view of the drop in global copper price, we are deeply sorry that we are unable to accept your request, since our procurement cost has been increasing due to the great depreciation of NTD. We would be grateful if you could understand our situation. Therefore, the price would be the same as last month.
However, we would guarantee you the stability in price. In case there are any large surges in the cost of raw materials within a short time, we would notify you at least six months in advance whether the price charged would be changed, so that you could have sufficient time to prepare for it.
Last but not least, there would be no change in the details of payment. As usual, please kindly transfer the payment for the concerned batch of shipped goods to our bank account upon shipping. Thank you so much for your co-operation.
