宜家係十點零八分，我係度清潔緊window，我係十點鐘開始清潔window，咁我係十點零八分可唔可以講"I have been cleaning windows since 10:00am today."

一般寫法應該是如下:
" I have been cleaning the windows since 10 o'clock this morning. "
你用緊嘅係 Present Perfect Continuous tense. 對. 因為由上午十時開始, 到現在你仍然洗緊窗.
windows 前面要加" the "
英文句法不會這樣寫"10:00am today", 可寫" 10 o'clock this morning"
