事實上是在之前的電郵, 客人是接受該產品走貨, 船已開才說不接受, 並要求50%折扣, 如何用英文回覆我們只接受15%折扣而不退貨, 且不破壞我們雙方關係?? 急!!

As our long time working partner, you are always our top priority and we would always try to accommodate your needs as much as we can. We would fully respect your decision regarding the materials concerned. Nonetheless, we must inform you that we would only be able to provide you a 15% discount in case you accept the materials and not accept the return of the materials.

We must apologise that we cannot provide a remedy to the situation as you requested. But we are always open to any alternative remedies you deem appropriate to this situation. Please kindly tell us anytime if you have any in mind.

As you see from my enclosed photo there is not a great deal of material damage for the material under investigation which you had agreed.What kind of material specified is strictly under your professional requested order.You have shown greater interest and desire for possession of 50-15% money rather than our goodwill that matters over the past years.We put your buz in order where 50% is out of order against the rules being in good will of 15% with no return of goods
We are particular interested in your accepting goods before shippment as it would enable us to carry on doing buz. with you,our best clients.
We are available for business affairs in good working order with you.
