how can i do this for around 30$?

I want to ask this girl out. I learned she liked me and I have like her for months. I finally got the courage to ask her out but I want to make it special. Me and some close friend created a event were we invited her and we decided to print out the words "will you go out with me?" On t-shirts. Each t-shirt was to have there own word and we were going to get a another shirt that said yes (so she can were if she says yes) I want to know if there is anyway to pay for the shirts without going over 30$. I will happily pay more but my budget for everything else (balloons and some other commodities) is 80$. Can I buy each shirt and have someone print the words on the shirts or should I have a website do it that is under 30$. If you guys can find a cheap website, can you link it.
