監警會及警察投訴科有何分別?

我有照片証明我冇過線, 但警方都可以告我過線,過份....
判我罪名不成立是理所當然, 但害我浪費時間, 維修費, 律師費一定要攞返, 不能容忍無法無天, 自以為執法者之橫行....

警監會委員係政府獨立委派人士,立場較保持中立,惜一切資訊証供還是由警察部提供,實有被架空之嫌 ~~~



警察投訴科係警察部內自設單位,於按先攘外後安內保名節原則大前提下,必有包庇之嫌 ^^

那便是警察提供檢控証據不足......

但在"貧不與富鬪、富不與官爭"的大原則先提下......


在你的受氣訴常下更應理性地了斷 ! ! !

除非花費再騁律師依民事索償追索涉事對方過失.


但,可能最後判你勝判,罰對方的賠償還不足閣下的律師費用 ^^
