我脫離國中很久了，就大概講一下左右肺的不同，希望能幫到你左肺有兩個肺葉（有一葉退化掉了，叫做小葉在下面），右肺則有三個
兩個肺都會往上頂到肩膀附近（高於第一根肋骨），往下到接近橫隔膜的地方（但會有隱窩可以讓肺吸氣時撐開）
左肺比較靠近心臟和主動脈，所以上面會有心臟跟主動脈的的切跡（白話來說就是壓痕），右肺比較靠近上腔跟下腔靜脈還有食道，所以會有靜脈切跡跟食道切跡。
大概就這樣，不懂再問。

左肺只有兩片肺葉(較小)。而右肺有三片肺葉(較大)。
