If it is a yes, then, you will be speaking about the pros of studying overseas:
- Better foreign experience that will advance a student life experience and good for their future job path
- Depending on where student is going to study, it can advance a person's language skills : English, Mandarin , French....
- Broader view ( Global Mind set)
- Develop a broader network (Friends network)
- Sharpen your personal Financial Management
If it is a no, then, will be speaking cons:
- Student will be hard to find jobs when back to HK, cuz does not develop a great job network in HK
- Does not know the foreign cultural and ethic system, may be bad for student
- Language conflicts, takes time to adapt into the foreign society
- Money is the key part
- Reputation of the foreign university , there are many out there, but which one has a good reputation
- Family and friends affairs, separated from family for long time
