".Mr. Wong has given his car to his daughter." This sentence has "his car" as the direct object and "his daughter" the indirect object. It can be converted to passive voice in two ways:

My thanks to TOMING88's comments. Although I don't agree to "(4)Mr. Wong's daughter has been given (to her) his car by him." because "to her" is redundant, it led me to have another look at the original sentences.
