Can ions from one half of the cell(solution) "flow through the salt bridge" to another
half cell(another solution) in a chemical cell which has 2 beakers connected by a
salt bridge?

Yes.

One of the functions of salt bridge is "to allow ions to flow through itin order to balance the charge difference caused by the reactions on the twoelectrodes.". Theoretically, ionscan flow through the salt bridge from one half cell to another.

However, due to the high concentration of the solution in the salt bridge, theflow of ions is mainly from the salt bridge to the two half cells, and only asmall portion of the flow of ions is from one half cell to another.

NO
Because the main function of the salt bridge is to provide ions to balance the charge on both cells but also prevent ions in two cells mixed, otherwise, there will be
redox reaction between two cells and leading to malfunctioning of the cell.

Here is one of an example:
(One type of salt bridge consists of a U-shaped glass tube filled with a relatively inert electrolyte; usually potassium chloride or sodium chloride is used. The other type of salt bridge consists of a filter paper, also soaked with a relatively inert electrolyte, usually potassium chloride or sodium chloride because they are chemically inert.) From wiki

Therefore, it can be concluded that ions in two cell can never pass through the salt bridge.
The concentration of the solution in salt bridge only affects the conductivity of the salt bridge(ability and speed to contribute its ions such as K+ and NO3-)
