What exactly did you apply?

Usually most schools will only use your in-school results to determine your admission. Only in a rare case, such as top schools (like UBC, for example), will ask you for your HKDSE results.

In order to be admitted for Fall 2014, the choice of schools may have to be changed.

From my knowledge I believe the April 1st deadline is for University of Toronto(Either St.George or Scarborough Campus).

To be honest, the process of study permit does not affect the submission of your transcript. So , you should still be able to mail your transcript to University of Toronto Enrollment Services. You should ask your school or test centre to mail all of the related transcript to University of Toronto as soon as possible.

***The email should not ask for your DSE result, since your result won't be released till June or July, and it is a common practice admissions department ask for your high school transcript only. So, please follow the steps below.

If you cannot mail your transcript before April 1st, please send Enrollment Services a email indicate why you cannot mail them before, and ask for an extension. The email address is : [email protected]

Please try to email first, cuz phone call might not be picked up due to a large amount of phone calls they receive everyday, plus international call is expensive.

If your question does not related to University of Toronto, it is other university, it will still be the same process, contact the corresponding admissions department to ask for an extension of deadline.
